In the matter of the Insolvency Act 1986, a Petition to Wind Up the Company, whose registered office is Como House, Warwick Road, Hampton Wick, Kingston-Upon-Thames, Surrey, England, KT1 4DW was presented by BIRDS HILL OXSHOTT ESTATE COMPANY LIMITED, (Company number: 01485903) of 11-15 High Street, Great Bookham, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT23 4AA (the "Petitioner"), a creditor of the Company, on 8 June 2018 will be heard at Bristol County Court, Bristol Civil Justice Centre at 2 Recliff Street, Bristol, BS1 6GR on 2 August 2018 at 10:00 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the petitioner or their Solicitors in accordance with Rule 7.14 of the Insolvency Rules 2016 by 16:00 hours on 1 August 2018.
