A Petition to wind up the above-named Company 360 Degree Metals UK Limited (Registered no: 08579941) Hagley House, 95A Hagley Road, Edgbaston, Birmingham, West Midlands B16 8LA presented on 23 December 2015 by MASTERMELT LIMITED, 30 City Road, London EC1Y 2AB, claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at Birmingham District Registry, on 15 February 2016, at 1000 hours (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner or its Solicitor in accordance with Rule 4.16 by 1600 hours on 12 February 2016.
