A Petition to wind up the above-named company (Registered number 11445912) whose registered office is at 222 Branston Road, Burton-on-Trent, Staffordshire, England DE14 3BT has been presented on 7 January 2020 by TRENTHAM LEISURE LIMITED (Company No 03246990) whose registered office is at Park Point, 17 High Street, Longbridge, Birmingham B31 2UQ (the Petitioner) claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on Wednesday 26 February 2020 at 1030 hours (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard.)
