Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54(6) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that the Liquidator has summoned a meeting of the Company's creditors under Rule 4.127 (2)(b) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 for the purpose of considering a resolution approving the Liquidator's remuneration. The meeting will be held at Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey SM1 4LA on 8 May 2018 at 10.00 am.

In order to be entitled to vote at the meeting, creditors must lodge their proxies with the Liquidator at Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 4LA by no later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the day of the meeting (together with a completed proof of debt form if this has not previously been submitted).
