"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Hodgett (IP No. 24990) and Paul Andrew Whitwam (IP No. 8346) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Minerva, 29 East Parade, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS1 5PS be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up."
