At a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held on 16 January 2017 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

That Philip D Nunney (IP No 9507) and Nicola J Kirk (IP No. 9696), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they act either jointly or severally.

At a subsequent Meeting of Creditors, duly convened pursuant to Section 98 of the Insolvency Act, 1986, and held on the same day at 2.15pm, the appointment of Philip D Nunney and Nicola J Kirk was confirmed and the creditors also confirmed that the Joint Liquidators should act jointly and severally.
