Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 6 July 2021, as a special resolution and ordinary resolutions respectively:

That the company be wound up voluntarily;

That Richard Warwick and Timothy Close, both of Milsted Langdon LLP, Winchester House, Deane Gate Avenue, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 2UH be appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of the voluntary winding up and

That the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.
