Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that a meeting of creditors has been summoned by a creditor under Section 171(2)(b) of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of replacing Scott Christian Bevan and Martin Dominic Pickard of Mazars LLP as Joint Liquidators and replacing them with Lee Anthony Manning and Dominic Lee Zoong Wong of Deloitte LLP.
