The following order has been made in relation to the above debtor under the Cross-Border Insolvency Regulations 2006 that the corporate reorganisation proceedings under chapter 11 of title 11 of the United States Code in respect of 19 Entertainment Limited commenced in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York, United States on 28 April 2016 be recognised as a foreign main proceeding in accordance with Article 17 of Schedule 1 to the Cross-Border Insolvency Regulations 2006 (the “Model Law”) and that pursuant to Articles 20(6) and 21(1)(g) of the Model Law, the stay and suspension in Article 20(1) of the Model Law is modified and additional relief is granted in the terms set out in the order, including certain relief substantially in the form provided under paragraph 43 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
