NOTICE OF ANNUAL AND FINAL MEETINGS

IN THE MATTER OF

IN THE MATTER OF THE INSOLVENCY (NI) ORDER 1989

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual and Final meetings of the members of 1318 Ltd will be held at 10:00am on 16 August 2022, to be followed at 10:30am on the same day by a meeting of the creditors of the company. The meetings will be held at Church House, 24 Dublin Road, Omagh, Co Tyrone, BT78 1HE.

The meetings are called pursuant to Articles 91 and 92 of the Insolvency (NI) Order 1989 for the purpose of receiving an account from the Liquidator explaining the manner in which the winding-up of the company has been conducted and to receive any explanation that they may consider necessary. A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member or creditor.

The following resolutions will be considered at the creditors’ meeting:

1. That the Liquidator’s final report and receipts and payments account be approved.

2. That the Liquidator receives her release

3. That the books and records of the company may be destroyed 12 months after the dissolution of the company.

4. That in the absence of any objections to the contrary that the Resolutions above are deemed to be accepted.

Proxies to be used at the meetings must be returned to the offices of McAleer Jackson Ltd, Church House, 24 Dublin Road, Omagh, Co Tyrone, BT78 1HE or emailed to alisonburnside@mmjca.com no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the meetings.
