At a General Meeting of the members of the above-named company duly convened and held at Panos Eliades Franklin & Co, Olympia House, Armitage Road, London NW11 8RQ, on 17 April 2018, the following special and ordinary resolutions were duly passed :

Special Resolution

That the Company be wound up voluntarily.

Ordinary Resolutions

That Stephen Franklin of Panos Eliades Franklin & Co, Olympia House, Armitage Road, London NW11 8RQ, be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.

The company's creditors subsequently appointed Mark Wilson and Adrian Allen of RSM Restructuring Advisory LLP, 9th Floor, 25 Farringdon Street, London EC4A 4AB as liquidators and they are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.

The Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.

Both Mark Wilson and Adrian Allen have provided statements that they are qualified to act as insolvency practitioners in relation to the Company and that they consent to act as Liquidators of the Company. They were duly appointed as Joint liquidators of the Company with effect from 17 April 2018.
