“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Elias Paourou (IP No. 9096) and David Oprey (IP No. 5814) both of CVR Global LLP, First Floor, 16/17 Boundary Road, Hove, East Sussex, BN3 4AN be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purpose of such winding up and that the Joint Liquidators are to act jointly and severally.”
