At a General Meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at 13 The Courtyard, Timothys Bridge Road, Stratford-Upon-Avon, CV37 9NP on 3 October 2019, the following resolutions were passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Ian Yerrill (IP No. 8924) of Yerrill Murphy, Gateway House, Highpoint Business Village, Henwood, Ashford, Kent, TN24 8DH be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up.”
