A Petition to Wind-Up the above named Company whose registered office is situate Tayside House, 31 Pepper Street, London, E14 9RP and whose last known trading addresses are: 23 Pepper Street, London, E14 9RP; 3rd Floor, 2 Muirfield Crescent, London, E14 9SZ; 23-29 Pepper Street, London, E14 9RP; 59 Millharbour, London, E14 9TD; 29 Pepper Street, London, E14 9RB, presented on 27 August 2019 by The London Borough of Tower Hamlets of Town Hall, Mulberry Place, 5 Clove Crescent, London, E14 2BG claiming to be a Creditor of the Company will be heard at the Royal Courts of Justice, The Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 9 October 2019 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
