“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Martin C Armstrong (IP No. 006212) and James E Patchett (IP No. 9345) both of Turpin Barker Armstrong, Allen House, 1 Westmead Road, Sutton, Surrey, SM1 4LA be appointed Joint Liquidators of the company and that they be authorised to act either jointly or separately and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to distribute any of the company’s assets in cash or and specie”.
