NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 141 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a meeting of creditors of the above Company will be held at One Redcliff Street, Bristol BS1 6NP on 3 March 2016 at 11.00 am for the purposes provided of appointing a liquidation committee.

A proxy form is available which, to enable a creditor to vote, must be lodged, together with a proof of debt, at the offices of Milsted Langdon LLP, One Redcliff Street, Bristol BS1 6NP, not later than 12.00 noon on the business day prior to the meeting. Secured creditors may only vote for the balance of the debt which will not be recovered by enforcement of the security, unless right to enforce is waived.

If no liquidation committee is formed, a resolution may be taken specifying the terms on which the liquidator is to be remunerated.
