Special Resolution:

"That the company be wound up voluntarily and that a Liquidator be appointed for the purposes of the winding up."

Ordinary Resolution:

"That Sajid Sattar of Greenfield Recovery Limited, Trinity House, 28-30 Blucher Street, Birmingham B1 1QH be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company."

"That the Liquidators fees and disbursements be fixed at ÂŁ2,785 plus VAT inclusive of disbursements together with any out of pocket expenses incurred, and may be drawn on account."
