At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at Ark Aurora Ltd, The Maltings, 2 Anderson Road, Bearwood, Birmingham, B66 4AR, on 23 May 2016, at 4.00 pm, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special resolution and ordinary resolution:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Christopher John Stirland,(IP No. 9368) of FRP Advisory LLP, Castle Acres, Everard Way, Narborough, Leicester, LE19 1BY and John A Lowe,(IP No. 009513) of FRP Advisory LLP, Castle Acres, Everard Way, Narborough, Leicester, LE19 1BY be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purpose of the voluntary winding up.”
