Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Article 81 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a meeting of creditors of the above-named Company will be held at the offices of Gildernew & Co. Ltd, 27 Market Square, Dungannon BT70 1JD on 28 June 2016 at 10.30 am.

During the period before 28 June 2016 creditors can obtain free of charge, at the offices of Gildernew & Co. Ltd, such information concerning the affairs of the company as they may reasonably require.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must (Unless they are individual creditors attending in person) lodge their proxies at the offices of Gildernew & Co. Ltd, 27 Market Square, Dungannon BT70 1JD no later than 12.00 noon on 27 June 2016.
