On 13 March 2024 the above company was placed in creditors’ voluntary liquidation and Daniel James, IP No. 26292 of Albert Goodman LLP, Goodwood House, Blackbrook Park Avenue, Taunton, Somerset TA1 2PX was appointed liquidator.

In accordance with Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the creditors of the above company are required, on or before 17 April 2024, to prove their debts by sending Daniel James of Albert Goodman LLP, Goodwood House, Blackbrook Park Avenue, Taunton, Somerset TA1 2PX, the liquidator of the company, written statements of the amounts they claim to be due to them from the company and, if so requested, to provide further details or produce documentary or other evidence as may appear to the liquidator to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved their debt before the declaration of any dividend is not entitled to disturb, by reason that they have not participated in it, the distribution of that dividend or any other dividend declared before their debt was proved.
